Since Thandai recipe is a cooling drink for the body, hence the name. Thandai is a traditional drink, mainly made during the Holi festival of colors and popular in northern India.

Know the recipe of cold—
Ingredients:* Milk – 1 liter* Cashew nuts – 25 grams* Pistachios – 25 grams* Nuts – 25 grams* Poppy – 1 tablespoon * Whole pepper – as much* Small cardamom seeds – 6 to 8 hrs* Saffron – 1 pinch* Sugar – half a cup* Water – like quantity* Rose petals – for garnishing..
Method:* First boil the milk for 15-20 minutes. When it becomes a little thick, add sugar. Powdered sugar is best.When the milk is cold, put the milk container in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Now mix small cardamom with water and make a thick paste in mixer grinder. In another bowl, soak cashew nuts, pistachios and walnuts for half an hour.
After draining the water, mix the cashews, pistachios and almonds with little water to make a thick paste.Now take out the cold milk from the fridge. Now mix all the paste in cold milk one by one. Your ‘cool’ is ready. It’s time to sort it out.
Garnish each chilled glass with 2-3 small rose petals. Serve home-made cold in a clay glass or a beautiful looking glass.
2) Chilled Hemp Juice Recipe
