Baby corn (250g), water (2-3 cups), cornflour (2-3 tbsp), flour (4 tbsp), dry chilli powder (1 tsp), pepper powder (1 tsp), salt ( to taste), Oil (2-3 cups), Sesame Oil), Garlic Crushed (5-6 cloves), (1 tsp), White Vinegar (1 tbsp), Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce (2 tsp), Sesame Dry Roasted (1 teaspoon)
Crispy Chilli Garlic Baby Corn
Procedure:
First, boil the baby corn in salted water. So that it becomes soft. Now mix cornflour, flour, salt, chilli powder and pepper powder in a bowl. Mix little water to make a batter. Now spread this batter on the baby corn and fry it until red. Now heat oil in a separate pan. Then add chopped garlic to it. Then add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup. Stir well and add little chilli powder and chilli powder. Make a sauce with little water. Then fry the baby corn and mix it with the sauce, then serve.
