2 cups baby corn / 4 onions 1 teaspoon garlic paste

How to make Chilli Baby Corn 1) First, wash the baby corn well. Now chop onion, green chilli, capsicum. Baby corn can be cut into small pieces. 2) Now in a bowl mix well with chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, cornflour and water. 3) Now dip the baby corns in it. 4) Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, add baby corns and fry. Ingredients:

Baby corn (250g), water (2-3 cups), cornflour (2-3 tbsp), flour (4 tbsp), dry chilli powder (1 tsp), pepper powder (1 tsp), salt ( to taste), Oil (2-3 cups), Sesame Oil), Garlic Crushed (5-6 cloves), (1 tsp), White Vinegar (1 tbsp), Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce (2 tsp), Sesame Dry Roasted (1 teaspoon)

Crispy Chilli Garlic Baby Corn


Procedure:

First, boil the baby corn in salted water. So that it becomes soft. Now mix cornflour, flour, salt, chilli powder and pepper powder in a bowl. Mix little water to make a batter. Now spread this batter on the baby corn and fry it until red. Now heat oil in a separate pan. Then add chopped garlic to it. Then add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup. Stir well and add little chilli powder and chilli powder. Make a sauce with little water. Then fry the baby corn and mix it with the sauce, then serve.
