We will continue to make the pudding mixture until it cools down. Beat an egg to make the mixture and beat it well. Beat the pudding well. Now you have to cool the beaten egg and mix it with milk. Then I give vanilla essence so that the smell of eggs will be removed.
Now you have to sift another mixture.
Now pour the egg mixture in the caramelized pot with sugar, cover the mouth of the pot with lid and boil it or keep it in steam with water in pressure cooker for 15-20 minutes.
