Ripe Mango Chatni Recipe Indian
1। Mango Lassi:
Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar (adjust according to taste)
A pinch of cardamom powder
Ice cubes (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
If desired, add a few ice cubes to make it chilled.
Pour the lassi into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing mango lassi!
Ripe Mango South Recipe Indian
2। Mango Chutney:
Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
2 green chilies, chopped
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional, adjust to taste)
2 tablespoons vinegar
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Saute until onions turn translucent.
Add turmeric powder and red chili powder. Mix well.
Add the diced mangoes and cook for about 5 minutes until they soften slightly.
Stir in vinegar and salt. Mix everything together.
Reduce the heat to low and let the chutney simmer for 10-15 minutes until the mangoes are completely soft and the flavors meld together.
Allow the chutney to cool, then transfer it to a clean, airtight jar.
Serve the mango chutney as a condiment with various Indian dishes or as a spread on bread or crackers.
3। Mango Jam:
Ingredients
Ripe mango – 1 kg
Sugar 1 cup
A little China grass and saffron
Mango essence- little
Salt – as expected
Method:
Peel the mango and grind it well.
Now burn this mango juice with sugar, china grass, salt, saffron and mango essence.
Keep simmering till it thickens. When it becomes jelly, pour it into a glass bottle and cool it.
Place the bottle in the sun occasionally to preserve the jelly. You can eat this jelly throughout the year.
