There are many things you can do at home with which you can do a facial. These natural ingredients are effective as well as highly beneficial. Facials are more important for those who go out frequently or work. There is no substitute for a facial to remove the day’s dirt and grime from your face. A facial should be done every day, every day, at least once a week. But due to lack of time or Alzheimer’s, going to the parlor is often not possible. 5 Steps Of Facial At Home With Neutral Ingredients

All you need to do 5 steps of facial-

General cleanser

Exfoliating scrub

Hot water and a clean cloth

Facial mask cream

Basic moisturizer

How to do 5 steps of facial-

1) Cleanse the skin

First wash your face, throat and ears with any cleanser of your choice. However, I use Neutrogena to remove eye makeup. If you have eye makeup, don’t forget to remove it.

2) Use a scrub

Make a scrub pack with lukewarm water. Now use your fingertips to rub lightly in a circular motion from top to bottom of the face. At times concentrate on your nose, forehead and the area around it. Massage this area well. Because, the skin in these places is a little more oily. Gently rub under the nose and under your lips with the thumb. Wash your face like this for 5-6 minutes.

3) Take steam

Take a bowl of boiling hot water and slowly steam it on your face. Again, soak a towel in hot water and put it on your face 2-3 times to get steam.

4) Use a mask

For oily skin, use a mud mask. And for dry skin, use a cream mask. Apply the mask avoiding the eye area. Keep the mask on your face for 10-20 minutes. Then rinse well with lukewarm water. You can make a mask at home if you want.

Some tips for making masks –

1. Egg mask

Separate the egg white from an egg and take it into a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of sour curd to it. After mixing well, apply on face and lie down for 10-15 minutes. If you have rough, dry skin, you can definitely take care of your skin with malai or milk cream. Milk thistle is beneficial for all skin types.


Clean the face thoroughly before doing the facial. Then wipe the face with a clean towel. Now take 1-2 teaspoons of raw milk in a bowl and mix it with 1 pinch of salt and 2 pinches of turmeric and egg white. After mixing these ingredients in milk, dip a cotton pad in it. Now rub this cotton pad on the face in circular motion. You rub continuously for 3 to 4 minutes. It is a process of deep cleansing of the skin. After scrubbing, keep it like this for 10 minutes and then wash your face with water.

Multani mud mask

After mixing two tablespoons of multani soil, two tablespoons of aloe vera gel, 1 tablespoon of rosewater and two drops of rose essential oil, apply it on your face and lie down for 10 minutes. Then wash your face with lukewarm water!

Banana and curd face pack

Bananas are very good for our skin. It makes our skin soft and supple from within. Mash a medium sized ripe banana well. Now mix 1/2 cup of sour yogurt and 2 spoons of honey well with banana. It is very good as a homemade facial mask.


Beeson milk and turmeric face pack

This facial mask or face pack is especially beneficial for oily skin. 3-4 spoons of besan, juice of half a lime 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder (raw turmeric) and 4-5 large spoons of raw turmeric mixed well and make a face pack.

5) Moisturizer

Finally apply moisturizer on your face and neck. If your skin is extra dry, you can try extra virgin coconut oil.
