Ingredients
4-5 Whole Eggs
1/2 cup Gram flour (besan)
Water as required
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1-2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Instructions
Step 1
In a pan, add water and a pinch of salt. Add the eggs. Cook them for 15 minutes. Run the eggs under cold water and remove the outer shell of the eggs.
Step 2
Take a bowl and add besan, salt, haldi and red chilli powder. Mix well. Pour water as required to make a batter. The batter shouldn’t be runny.
Step 3
Add oil to a kadhai for frying. Make sure the oil is hot before adding the pakoras to it. You can test it by putting a small amount of besan in the oil. If it rises up quickly, it means your oil is ready for cooking.
Step 4
Dip the eggs in the besan batter and put in the kadhai for cooking.

Cook both sides till it turns golden brown. Repeat with all the eggs.
