Many of us don’t know how to use a shit mask, or how many shit masks are good for our skin. However, there is no need to waste time going to the parlour, you can make a sheet mask at home.

It needs to be made of tissue paper. Or if you don’t have tissue, you can use thin cotton cloth. Whatever you use, cut it into round shapes. Cut your lips, nose and eye area by putting it in the mouth. Then before going to bed every day make a new mixture and dip this tissue paper or cotton cloth in the mixture and apply it on the face for at least one hour.

Helps to get rid of dirt from inside the skin. It also enhances the radiance of the skin. And useful for skin health. You must use it before going anywhere. You will see that the skin will become clean and shiny.

For those with normal skin, wash your face thoroughly with a face wash every night before going to bed. Dip a tissue or cotton cloth into the mixture, apply it in the mouth and leave it for one hour, then wash it off with cold water. You will see that the skin is shiny.

If you have oily skin,

Mix one teaspoon of rose water, one teaspoon of raw milk, one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of aloe vera gel in this mixture and dip a tissue paper or thin cotton cloth in this mixture. Rinse your face with water.
