Dal Palak Recipe|| Spinach Moong Dal Fry Recipe

So let’s know today a moong dal recipe called Palang Moong Dal – – Which is also very tasty and good for the body.
Materials
Half cup boiled mung dal
2 tomatoes chopped
Chilli flakes
1 chopped onion
turmeric powder
Chilli powder
garlic
curry leaves
1 small bowl chopped spinach
ghee
Grate the coconut
Mustard oil is in black mustard
2 dry chillies
the method
First, heat oil in a frying pan.
Then one by one add chopped onions in the frying pan or curry and keep frying. Then stir well with chopped green chillies, chopped tomatoes and salt to taste.
How To Make Dal palak Recipe
Then you can add a spoonful of turmeric powder, red chilli powder or according to your taste can Then add the chopped spinach to the vegetables, stirring the mixture over low heat. After stirring for two to three minutes, the water will come out from the vegetables and the mixture will become a little soft. Then add the boiled moong dal to the kadai and keep stirring it well until everything is mixed well.
Add half a cup of water. Stir well on low flame and put the lid on the pan….!!

After 5 to 7 minutes, open the lid and stir again. You will see that the spinach and dal mixture is cooked quite well.
Stir the mixture well with a spoon or sleeve so that the dal grains are mixed or melted a little bit. Then add grated coconut. Grated coconut in this recipe makes the dal mixture more delicious…..!!
Then heat ghee in another small pot and add black mustard seeds, garlic cloves and curry leaves. If you want, you can add a little bit of raw chillies and onions and definitely add dry chillies. Adding these things to the farna makes the taste of dal very delicious. Stir in the crushed dry chillies, curry leaves, garlic and mustard seeds.
After 2 minutes remove the dal. Eat it hot now…!!
