Egg Biryani Recipe Bengali Style


Ingredients:

3/4 eggs, chopped onion 1 cup

Onion batter 2 tbsp

Ginger paste 1 tablespoon

Garlic paste 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder half teaspoon

Cumin 1 tsp

Cinnamon 2 t

Cardamom 4

2 bay leaves

Garam masala powder

Sour yogurt 1/2 cup

Raw chillies

Half a cup of oil

Ghee 2 tbsp

Salt to taste


Egg Biryani Recipe Step by step

System:

First put oil on the bone. Add cinnamon cardamom bay leaf and chopped onion. When the onion is fried red, add turmeric powder, onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, sour curd, salt, garam masala powder, grind the spices very well. Now mix the fried egg with this masala, along with half a cup of hot water. Cook by stirring. Add some green chilli slices on top. Saute onion and sprinkle ghee before lowering.

Egg Biryani Recipe ingredients


Boil the rice in another vessel and drain the water. Do not overcook the rice. Biryani won’t be runny if overcooked. First pour some rice on a flat plate. Spread the cooked egg over it. Add a few sprinklings of green chillies. Fill a pot with hot water and place biryani on it. But take care that the steam does not come out in any way.
