Gandeevadhari Arjuna – Routine action drama Movie Review
The Gandhian Arjuna is undoubtedly smart, attentive and does not waste time in unnecessary quarrels. If there is a love story, it is woven into the plot to explain the tension between the two characters and their bitter past. As the story moves between several locations, from a port in Andhra Pradesh to Wembley in the UK, Dehradun to Mussoorie and more, Cinematographer G. Mukesh and Amal Rathod have cleverly used locations to complement the mood of the narrative without opting for touristy representations. . Mickey J. Meyer’s music fits the narrative like a glove without seeking attention. Varun Tej is perfect for this role. He looks handsome and has proved that he can handle live action roles effortlessly. The next character worth mentioning is Nassar, who is a minister Portrayed by Aditya Raj. He also gave a commendable performance. The sound design also contributed significantly to the film’s entertainment value.

The director struggled to narrate the story compellingly and failed to use the characters effectively. The emotional side didn’t resonate well either. The director could have developed a more forceful approach to engage the audience. The climax is also not very engaging, which is slow The pace can be attributed to the screenplay.
An action drama like this needs interesting action sequences, and unfortunately, Gandhiwadhari Arjun falls short in this regard. There isn’t one standout moment between them.
The action segment, on the other hand, establishes Arjun as an officer who is able to stay two steps ahead of the adversary to protect his boss. In an early scene, he tells his Russian boss that he is a woman He is resigning after seeing abuse. He made this announcement after saving him from his opponent.

Even in the action segments, the initial promise becomes increasingly vague. Arjuna has a well-thought-out escape sequence from a palace thanks to his foresight. However, the narrative doesn’t give enough smart moments to play with this character. For example, he does not foresee the minister’s family members being soft targets. The antagonist – Ranveer (Vinay Rai) – targeting the minister’s family is a constant trope. The movie is not too bad if you want you can watch it in your nearest cinema hall….

Watching Gandeevadhari Arjuna is like being privy to a polished mission that never soars. It is a well-intended thriller drama that could have benefited from smarter writing…..!!
