You can make ghee by cutting 1 cup of butter into pieces and taking it out of the fridge. First heat a pot. Put butter in a hot pan, after a while the butter melts, foam will come up and foam will gradually decrease.
After a while you have to move. As if it doesn’t stick down. When the foam turns brown, remove the ghee. Spread kitchen paper on a sieve and then strain the ghee. Fill a bottle or container with ghee. This ghee can be eaten at room temperature for about a month. It will be better to keep it in the fridge for a few months.

How To Make Ghee From Cow Milk

To make ghee with milk cream, first boil one kg of milk in medium ache for 20/25 minutes. Then when you see a light drizzle on top, drop the milk. Then we will keep the milk in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours to make it thicker. After three to four hours we will see that the fat has gone down. Then I will blend the thick skins with the help of blender for 3 minutes by mixing 3 cups of water.
Once blended, the skins should be left in the fridge for half an hour. Then take it out of the fridge and strain it with the help of another sieve.
After that the sorghum should be stirred well by keeping it in medium ache. After a few minutes you will see that the ghee will start to come out slowly. When it turns brown, take it down.
