100 grams of butter
1 onion chopped
1 chopped tomato
2-3 green chillies
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp mustard oil
1/2 cup of water
How to make –
First fry the butter for 3-4 minutes to dry it. The way soybeans are roasted, just like that.
Then add 2 spoons of oil to the curry and grind the whole cumin seeds and bay leaves in it Mix well with onion, crushed chilli and ginger batter, garlic batter and mix well with crushed tomato in it.
Then mix it well with salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and 1/2 spoon of garam masala powder and cook it for 5 minutes with 1/2 cup of water and when the gavitha thickens, add butter in it. Shake them and take them down and the butter curry will be ready. You can eat it with bread or rice.
