It’s a Food That Will Never Benefit You Nutritionally There’s no denying that everyone enjoys gulping down mouth-watering noodles, be it Hakka noodles or regular noodles, also known as chowmin. Let’s see how to make-


What is Hakka noodles


Materials

100 grams of noodles boiled

2 green chillies

3 color capsicum pods

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 tsp spring onion chopped

1/2 cup grated carrot

1/2 cup chopped kopi kuchi

1 teaspoon green chili sauce

White oil as needed

Salt to taste

Sugar to taste

1 teaspoon of tomato sauce

1 teaspoon red chili sauce

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon vinegar


Hakka noodles Indian street style

Heat white oil in a pan and stir garlic, onion, green chillies.

Then fry all the vegetables one by one except the spring onion on high flame. Toss the noodles well so that the oil coats them evenly.

Stir fried spices, vegetables

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan or wok. On medium-low to medium heat, first saute 2 to 3 dry red chillies (crushed and seeds removed) and 1.5 tsp finely chopped garlic approx. Fry for one minute. Increase the heat a little and then add onions (finely chopped), 8 to 10 French beans (finely chopped). Fry for about 3 minutes.

Add mushrooms (finely chopped), 1 small to medium carrot (finely chopped) and 1 teaspoon finely chopped celery and stir.

You can add ½ cup finely chopped cabbage and 1 small to medium capsicum at this step. Mix all the sauces, salt, vinegar and stir with the noodles and serve with spring onions…..!!
