1 bunch of spinach, half onion finely chopped, 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped, 2 tbsp butter, 3-4 cloves, half cup milk, half cup water, salt to taste, pepper powder to taste, one Pinch of sugar, 1 tablespoon of corn flour and 1 teaspoon of fresh cream.

How to make Creamy Spinach Soup:


Heat a non-stick pan. Add butter to it. Add cloves and bay leaves. Add chopped onions and garlic to it. Fry the onion till it turns brown. Now add spinach to that pan. Use spinach instead of spinach. Saute the spinach for a minute. Blend the rest of the spinach mixture in a mixer. Make a smooth paste.


Add a little more butter to the pan. Add the spinach liquid mixture to it. Pour half a cup of milk in it. Now slowly add salt, pepper and sugar to it. Add corn flour to half a cup of water.
