Egg curry Kerala style without coconut


First Method –


whatever it takes

the egg

yellow

Dry chilli powder

ginger

garlic

green chillies

Coriander powder

Cumin powder

Sugar, salt to taste

How to make

Boil the eggs well and peel them. Take 3/4 eggs, now cut a little on the egg with a knife. Then add salt, turmeric and chilli powder. Season with ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder and little salt. take it Now fry the egg first with mustard oil in the pan. Lightly fry, then add onion pieces with whole garam masala. Add the prepared spices and shake well. Then add tomato ketchup. Add little water. Add salt and sugar to taste. Now add the eggs and grind well again. Add little water if necessary. Spread 1/4 tsp garam masala before lowering. Now eat it with rice or bread.

Second Method –


Materials:

3 boiled eggs, 1 teaspoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of fresh cream, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1/4 tablespoon of whole cumin seeds, as much garam masala powder, as much ginger-garlic, one medium onion chopped , two green chillies chopped, two tomatoes chopped (peeled), salt and pepper to taste, coriander leaves chopped..

method

First make a smooth paste with ginger, garlic, whole cumin seeds, green chillies in a blender. Heat ghee in a gas pan, add chopped onion and fry until light brown. Then stir well with ginger-garlic paste. Once everything is blended well, add chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, chili powder, little coconut milk, and salt and mix well. Add a cup of water to it and cook on medium heat for five minutes. Then add the eggs. Cook for another five minutes on low flame. When it is well cooked, spread fresh cream on top, then cover with butter, chopped coriander leaves and cover. Your egg curry is ready.
